We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may want a refund for our services or other selling items. 

That’s why we have created this refund policy to ensure a hassle-free and satisfactory return experience for our customers. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask for a refund to us for a full refund minus incurred expenses.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy for our website development and e-commerce service.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a refund within seven days of your purchase.
  • The flat fee for all refunds is $250 for any service over $450 and $50 for all other items under $450, which will be deducted from your original payment.
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity.

REFUND PROCESS

To obtain a refund, please email our refund department at Refunds@EZDesigns4u.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

After receiving an RMA number, we will notify the email address on file for the rendered service and wait for acknowledgment to process the refund. 

Once we receive your acknowledgment response, the return will process on the same day before 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Any responses after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • When alterations to the original code either manually or automatically are made.
  • When the initial requirements from the assessment are changed; making the running code incompatible with the new running environment. 
  • Fraudulent activities have been conducted or flagged toward the e-commerce website or item, and legal authority has mandated a shutdown.
  • Digital images and assets are not refundable. 

Please Note

  • A $250 fee will be charged for all returns over $450.
  • A $50 fee will be charged for all other refunds under $450.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
